Welcome to our Thriving World,
The idea was birthed on the notion to inspire and mentor the potential of tomorrow’s leaders. With our Thriving brand we aim to tell amazing colourful South African entrepreneurial and leadership stories, including mentorship advice, tools and services that can help your small business grow. I was truly inspired by the power of mentorship and helping other people realise their potential to be great and reach for their dreams. We see the Thriving brand becoming part of the entrepreneurial culture needed to change the SA economic landscape. We need more and more people to go to school and start growing their own businesses. The current unemployment rate in the country can only be changed through entrepreneurs taking more risks to pursue their goals. I personally believe entrepreneurs and leaders can help shape our greater society and influence the community positively. One thing I am constantly learning, is you must never give up and you should have the determination to drive your goals and aspirations and be willing to do what it takes to succeed. It is never easy to start a business. But the passion, drive and hunger to succeed should push you to start following your dreams and aspirations.
Be willing to put in the hard work
Hard work never killed anyone. For your business to be a success, it is always important to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, paying attention to detail and producing excellence in the product and services you offer customers and clients.
Have a clear goal
Never start any venture or ask any funding if you don’t have a clear goal. It is crucial that you understand no one will back something that you don’t understand. It is important even as you expand your brand and business that you keep referring to your execution plan and ensure you stay focused.
Understand your business and your market
With constant research and finding a mentor through our TEN [Thriving Entrepreneur Network] platform we believe you can enjoy your entrepreneurial journey with advisory teaching through our panel of experts.
