Hello Thrivers
I would like to introduce myself I go by the name of Nqaba Dontache a.k.a CeoMc, Co-founder of Thriving.network

On our 6th issue, we decided to create a special edition for women's month. I am proud to introduce these 10 phenomenal women on the Thriving Cover, Farah Fortune, Johanna Mukoki, Candice Thurston, Margaret Hirsh, Lerato Dontache, Lindani Dlamini, Fatima Vawda, Paula Quinsee ,  Angel Jones, and Ego Iwegbu-Daley

Having worked with a woman as a business partner since the beginning of my business journey, with time I have realized how different women think from men. You see companies like First for Women are capitalizing on this notion as they view women as a low risk than men, more cautious hence offering them lower premiums. I cannot argue with this view as having been in partnership with a woman for 10 years of my life I can agree that women are totally wired differently.

I always tell my partner about one predicament she made us avoid in our earlier years of trading, selling our business to the first person that ever made us an offer.
At that time I was like they are promising us the world, everything that we had ever wanted to grow our business from investment to connections to company vehicles this is definitely God sent. But she was not phased as there was something that she could sense an ora or energy that was just not right, some form of deception lying underneath those promises.

That's the thing about women they are more emotionally intelligent than men as extensive research has shown that they have outperformed men in areas of leadership, coaching and mentoring, organizational awareness and adaptability. Certain studies have shown that increased women in leadership positions have shown an increase in company profitability. In fact, that has been my secret to my business success having a woman by a side who can read a room in seconds and sniff out BS from a mile away.

To all the women who are Thriving #BossLadies, mothers, wife's and mentors all at the same time and somehow make it work my hat goes off to you.
