The road to the Regional Grand Finale of the Southern Africa Startup Awards!
South Africa, being the largest economy and most established startup ecosystem in Africa, enjoyed more than a third of the over 2400 nominations in the 2019 edition of Southern Africa Startup Awards.
Some of the most innovative startups are contesting for an opportunity to represent South Africa in the regional contest, and ultimately to represent the region in the 6 global categories at the 2020 Global Startup Awards.
The announcement of the representatives of South Africa to the regional contest will be done on the 12th SEPTEMBER 2019 in Cape Town (Stadium). We have partnered with SA Innovation Summit to host this exclusive event that will be attended by over 200 of the most influential individuals in the local startup ecosystem, including founders, investors, accelerators, startup ecosystem builders and the Finalists.
The event will start with a Reception at 5:30 PM, followed by a Panel Discussion, Award Ceremony, Cocktail and Networking
