Augustine is the founder of Fabulous Weddings and Events which has been running for the past 15 Years. As a result of the experience gained in eventing through this company another wing developed in 2016 in the form of All Africa Events ConFex which focuses its attention on event Conferencing, Education, exhibitions, networking, and event tourism.
AAEC was held at Emperors Palace in September 2016. It was a 500pax Confex geared at regulating the events industry and advising new companies on ways of growing their businesses as well as how to professional use of services and service delivery not forgetting the township entrepreneurs who need to be ushered into bidding and acquiring bigger business and growing their small companies into conglomerates.
This Confex is her brainchild and was conceptualised after seeing a lot of interest from people who are young and old asking that she mentors them in this business. Also there was a big gap when it came to educating these party and event planners in an entertaining way. They also wanted to know where to buy their stock at a reasonable price without buying from the middle man. This Confex provided them with those answers by giving them solution and monitoring that progress. AAEC continued in September 2017. The support of parastatals like Gauteng Tourism Authority as well as the Office of the Minister in the Presidency Min. Jeff Radebe was so pivotal in branding this conference as the most unique and ground-breaking idea that will change the face of small events businesses in this country. AAEC looks forward to welcoming a bigger number of 800 pax. The GTA was so impressed with the standard delivered by AAEC as the first and only black company that is playing in the exhibition and conference space endeavouring to improve and include township youth that they decided to include AAEC in their September Tourism Month going forward.
Augustine is also a partner and CEO of her latest acquisition 'Off The Wall Events'.
