I am a firm believer that a greater role for young women in security is necessary not only to rectify a social injustice, but more importantly, because there is an economic and business imperative to use the talents of young women to solve the problems that the world faces. Having worked in Senior Management in the security industry for over 5 years, I quickly found my passion for the protection and risk management industry. I embarked on an intensive journey into the industry processes, context and content. This gave me insights into the workings of a security business, and ability to form the blueprint for my own security company.

I am one of the very few 100% black woman and youth-owned security company’s in South Africa and I founded Tsoabelo Security Solutions with the objective of making a significant and meaningful contribution in the security industry, and to achieving the underlying motives and values for security procurement. I am a purpose-driven individual who is very passionate about creating empowering environments, especially for women in security and everyday I strive to commit to an uplifting ethos that promotes social-economic change and progress among previously disadvantaged people in our country, by alleviating unemployment, promoting compliance, developing youth skills and retaining existing employment opportunities.
