As the Chief Executive Officer of TS Legal Services, TSL Telecoms and TSL Water, Vasi Govinder-Padayachy is responsible for running all facets of the business. Over the reigning 22 years at the helm of the company, Vasi has a proven executive management track record. The office strategy places a strong emphasis on teamwork, creating value and building beneficial relationships with all stakeholders. As a result, TSL has grown tremendously over the years, with notable clientele such as municipalities, Financial institutions, cellular companies, schools and the recent awarding of the RT3 tender to TSL Telecoms.
Before building the TS Legal Services empire, Vasi studied law, business writing, practical labour law and senior diplomatic paralegal giving her vast knowledge in several paradigms and situations. Vasi has still progressed in her studies currently completed her Master of Public Administration (MPA) with the University of Liverpool (UK).
Vasi’s dedication, passion and ambition has allowed TS Legal Services to grow from strength to strength, from a small company to a notable competitor. Vasi currently serves as a member of African Business Women and Women and Technology Today, respectfully. Vasi had been awarded Most Influential Women’s (MIW) businesswoman award in 2012 and 2014 as well as receiving a Leadership award in 2016 from the Progressive Business Forum.
